Peak Fitness Personal Training and NCR

Hi, I'm Jason!

I would like to start by introducing myself. My name is Jason Droppert. I am co-owner of Peak Fitness Personal Training.
Peak Fitness has been in the personal fitness industry for
almost 10 years.

At the invitation of NCR, we are excited to join the team
as your personal fitness specialists.

Some of the services we are pleased to be offering are:

  • one-on-one personal training
  • group training
  • fitness assessments
  • prenatal and postnatal training
  • post rehabilitation training
  • prenatal and postnatal training
  • sports specific training
  • group fitness classes

PACKAGE 1 - ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Each session with the trainer will consist of one-on-one work with the employee for a full hour. The trainer will be able to provide customized instruction and personalized motivation. Assessments will be done regularly to track progress and redefine goals. Sessions may be booked separately, or in discounted blocks.

  • 1-9 Sessions $69/session
  • 10-19 Sessions $66/session
  • 20-29 Sessions $62/session
  • 30+ Sessions $60/session

PACKAGE 2 - ASSESSMENT AND WORKOUT PROGRAM

During this one-hour and a half session individuals will be fully assessed and set on a 6-week workout program designed according to their fitness goals. In order to track individual progress, and to avoid fitness plateaus, it is recommended that this package, which assesses progress and modifies the workout, be repeated every six weeks.

  • $115.00 per session

PACKAGE 3 - PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING (2-4 people per group; prices vary according to size of group)

The advantages of Private Group Training are that you choose the members of your group, whether colleague, a member of your family or a friend who qualify to use the facility according to NCR’s guest policy.

The trainer will simultaneously with the group throughout the full hour session. A personal pace program will be designed for each participant and geared to his/her specific needs. We recommend that groups are matched to work toward similar goals. Periodic assessments will be provided.

  • 2 people $45 per person/session
  • 3 people $40 per person/session
  • 4 people $37.50 per person/session

PACKAGE 4 - FITNESS CLASSES (pricing varies dependent on class type and size)

Various types of fitness classes may be made available to individuals based on interest, demand, and equipment availability within the company.

  • Prices will vary depending on class type and size.

Recognizing that not everyone is comfortable exercising in a work setting, Peak Fitness services are also available in our private studio located a ten-minute drive from NCR.
